I believe the concept of this Brazilian start-up company is an excellent, logical next-step in the social network phenomenon of today. Instead of having multiple internet pages open for different social networks, you can log-in just once and access them all from one page!

However, whilst there is the option to access the following sites; LinkedIn, Twitter, MySpace, Orkut and hi5, you cannot access other potentially more popular sites such as Facebook and Msn.

Infact, Facebook sued power.com, claiming that it was accessing it’s site without authorisation. Facebook would prefer people to access it directly and is also aware of it’s influence in the social networking market.

See this video for a humorous take on “Facebook in real life”:

In the future, Power.com plans to extend its capacity by enabling multiple email account access too. Definitely an upcoming site to keep an eye on!
